Are you a skilled professional looking for a new challenge? As a Data Analyst you will work within the Change Excellence department. You will use your analytical skills to deliver the right insights and translating these to understandable recommendations for (senior) stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Extract actionable insights from complex data sources, perform recurring or ad hoc analyses / reports
• Manage project data quality (e.g. JIRA Align)
• Act as a data sparring partner with business stakeholders with relevant insights tailored to your audience
• Practice the art of storytelling through numbers and effective visualization techniques
• Remain proactive in coming up with ideas to improve/ solve (technical/ business/ data) challenges

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a strong analytical and conceptual thinker with a hands-on mentality, a drive to change and improve. As a proactive professional, you take an analytical, independent approach to your work. You have excellent communication skills, are goal-orientated and solution-led. As a result, you are able to optimally manage your stakeholders with a high level of responsibility.

In short:

• A university level education with 3-5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in data/analytics
• Experienced in data analysis and data visualisation
• Familiar with data modelling and data processing
• Familiar with the products, services, processes, systems and tooling used within the bank (preference; PowerBI, Microsoft 365)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (and Dutch)
