Job Description:
As a Data Analyst at Swarmauri, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets using advanced AI and machine learning techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into ongoing projects and develop predictive models that support business decision-making. Your role will also involve creating detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and contributing to the development and enhancement of internal data analysis tools and frameworks. This position requires a strong technical background in Python, data analysis libraries, and experience with AI-driven data tools.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, clean, and process data from various internal and external sources to ensure it is ready for analysis. Work with complex data sets, including those managed by Swarmauri’s vector stores and other data retrieval systems.
• Data Analysis: Utilize statistical methods, machine learning models, and AI-driven tools to analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that align with business objectives. Engage with Swarmauri’s tools like the RAG Assistant for enhanced analysis capabilities.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and dynamic visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Use advanced data visualization tools and techniques to present complex data in an understandable format.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development and AI teams to integrate analytical findings into ongoing projects. Support the continuous improvement of Swarmauri’s frameworks by providing feedback based on data-driven insights.
• Tool Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of internal analytics tools, particularly those that interface with the Swarmauri SDK, to improve data processing and analysis workflows.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of data models and analytical tools, implementing necessary adjustments to optimize results.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python, with experience using data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Understanding of vector-based data storage and retrieval methods is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of statistical analysis.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience working with AI-driven data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with decentralized data processing or swarming intelligence frameworks.
• Experience in a startup or tech-driven environment.
