Description:

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for an experienced and agile data analyst to join us. We are a cross-functional team supporting weekly and monthly reports across multiple systems ensuring data validity, accuracy and compliance. From time to time you’ll be supporting with ad hoc analyses and deeper analytical projects.
You will possess strong SQL skills and dashboarding skills with a high sense of ownership and urgency. You will have experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders including external suppliers and support Trooli to meet its business objectives and goals.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a Data Analyst role or similar
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query (including Macros), CRM systems
  • Strong SQL skills
  • An exceptional communicator and collaborator who can build relationships with ease across a variety of seniority levels and with external suppliers
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to the requirements of a fast-growing organisation
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem is preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent within a relevant subject such as Data Science, Mathematics etc
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent, ideally Grade 4 with Maths, English, IT or Computer Science

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analysing and reporting on key metrics to support business reviews
  • Create dashboards and self-service tools that help teams make data-driven decisions
  • Own ad hoc data analyses for teams across the business
  • Be a liaison for new system implementation to maximise efficiency and transitions
  • Manage weekly sprints to fulfil data requests from teams
  • Contribute to deeper analytical projects across the business
  • Supporting the Trooli team to make continuous improvements to the business
