YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in digital and media measurement and analytics. Agency experience preferred
  • Experience working with and creating dashboards that integrate multiple data sources to tell stories and effectively demonstrate the impact of programs back to clients
  • Experience with tools including Looker, Tableau, Cision, Google Analytics and others
  • Time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deliverables and timelines at once
  • Must be able to quickly learn new tools and databases
  • Highly skilled data storyteller, able to make the complex simple to understand and provide actionable insights
  • Track record of working across multiple projects and successfully promoting the impact and value of measurement and analytics

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Hotwire is seeking a Data & Analytics Analyst to play a key role in contributing to and developing the fastest-growing area of our global business. As part of our tech-forward intelligence practice, the Manager will work directly with Directors and Senior Executives on the team to flawlessly execute reporting and analytics projects that elevate data into actionable insights to have a profound impact on client work. Please note this is a 12 month contract.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Execute digital, media and audience analysis, and measurement assignments with limited supervision
  • Think strategically and have the ability to tell a story with data
  • Develop measurement dashboards, reports and presentations, for use across our client portfolio
  • Gather data from key data sources (e.g. Cision, LinkedIn, Supermetrics, QUID) in a methodical way to answer client and new business briefs
  • Partner with account teams and senior leads within the agency to deliver comprehensive, accurate reports, data-driven insights, and drive strategic business implications that push our clients to think differently and deliver strong results
  • Engage directly with clients to provide strategic analysis, insights, and recommendations based on your expertise to ensure we are enabling clients to demonstrate the impact of their programs
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics team members across the world to bring new ideas into practice and foster a tech-forward consultancy attitude within the agency to the benefit of both the client and team
  • Establish trust, respect and credibility as a subject matter expert for measurement and analytics across the UK business
