Description:

POSITION: ANALYTICS & REPORTING DIRECTOR

Role Mission: Lead the implementation and promotion of a data-driven culture through the development and adoption of data and technology-based products. Build excellent interpersonal relationships to unify data and technology products and strategies, developing strong relationships with internal and external clients, as well as with data, technology, product leaders, and agency and implementation teams. Provide high-value solutions and make strategic and operational decisions for the execution of complex projects and solutions. Lead teams in technological support, solution development, and project execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems Management, Systems Engineering, or related fields, with specialization and/or postgraduate studies in related areas.
  • At least 8 years of experience in designing and implementing data and technology solutions, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of metrics and dimensions in digital platforms such as Meta Business, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360, IAS, and Google Analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of automated reporting platforms such as Datorama, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Supermetrics, and Google Spreadsheet.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
  • Knowledge in database design and management.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge.
  • Knowledge in programming with data processing languages such as Python or R.
  • Knowledge of advanced data analysis techniques, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Knowledge of data connection and extraction using various digital marketing platform APIs.
  • Knowledge of best practices in designing and implementing reporting and business intelligence solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud service administration and implementation (access policies, databases, artificial intelligence, data pipelines, storage) on Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and implement data and technology products and solutions.
  • Be the main contact in LATAM for the adoption, customization, and support of global Choreograph/GroupM solutions.
  • Train and coach on solutions developed by global teams with regional reach.
  • Provide consulting on data intelligence and technological solutions to GroupM LATAM’s agency network and clients.
  • Ensure the incubation, development, testing, and launch of new products.
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies applicable to digital marketing: cloud technologies, data analysis, and cookie-less technologies.
  • Lead teams of analysts.
  • Develop career plans, training, and scalability for the team.
  • Communicate relevant information from senior levels to the team.
  • Support strategic and technical decisions in acquiring new technologies and/or tools.
  • Lead discussions with clients and agencies to resolve issues and define solutions.
