KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Maintain and develop cutting-edge data and analytics solutions, fuelling the optimal production of operational dashboards, reporting, and other applications. Get ready to make a real impact as we align with the strategy set by our visionary Chief Data Officer.
• Create data and analytics solutions using industry-standard methodology, ensuring they meet business requirements and definitions. We’ll count on your expertise to ensure conformity with design specifications and implement robust controls and checks that satisfy even the strictest audit and finance guidelines.
• Document the technical design of developed components in accordance with our Data & Analytics standards. Your attention to detail will play a vital role in keeping our solutions well-documented and easily accessible for future enhancements.
• Deliver projects within estimated timelines or proactively communicate any deviations to management. We rely on your technical prowess to raise critical technical issues to the Development Stream Lead or Technical Delivery Manager, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing potential impacts on project timelines.
• Collaborate seamlessly with your agile scrum team members, engaging in unit and regression testing of the codebase. Through thorough testing, we’ll ensure our solutions are aligned with business and operational requirements and can seamlessly run in our system testing environment.
• Step up and fix code issues whenever necessary. Additionally, be ready to dive into performance tuning efforts to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our solutions.
• Fully participate and contribute to quality assurance design walk-throughs with your colleagues in the Analytics Development and Delivery team. Together, we’ll ensure that every developed technical component adheres to the highest standards and meets our business and operational requirements.
• Be a guardian of privacy and data protection! Adhere to our strict policy by designing all solutions with utmost care for privacy and data protection. Maintain controlled access to data, securely store personal information, and anonymise data as per our standard methodology guidelines.
• Provide user access to Technology & Data information when appropriate, sharing your expertise and offering guidance on information and databases. Take the lead in training and familiarizing colleagues with revenue collection and other performance, operational, or customer experience data.
