Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to support our Latin America sales teams by creating and maintaining standard reports and utilizing BI tools. This role serves as a vital link between business and technology teams, helping to troubleshoot data and performance issues.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with functional teams within the Latam Sales Team, gathering requirements, documenting needs, and effectively managing activities to enhance our reporting processes.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s, Associate, or Technical degree in progress in fields such as Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
EXPERIENCE:
- No professional experience required.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate skills in Power BI.
- Knowledge of data governance models and customer/material hierarchies is a plus.
- Experience in creating dynamic dashboards and reports.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
SKILLS:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT/BI delivery, security, and support teams.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing requests or issues and providing solutions using existing reporting tools or developing new functionalities.
- Optimizing processes by implementing best practices.
- Establishing procedures to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer-related problems.
- Participating in fine-tuning activities to improve performance and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Engaging consistently with client subject matter experts to gather functional business requirements.
- Contributing to continuous improvement meetings.
- Creating Business Intelligence functional specifications and assessing project needs.
- Executing reports in line with SLAs
