Employ Agile practices to elicit and refine requirements through an iterative process of planning, defining acceptance criteria, prioritizing, developing and delivering enterprise data asset solutions in collaboration with business intelligence teams, our users, or other IT teams
Develop, configure, customize and manage integration tools, databases, warehouses systems with the use of data related software
Design, build, and deploy data extraction, transformation, and loading processes and pipelines from various sources including databases, APIs, and data files
Develop and deploy structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data storage models such as data vault or dimensional modeling on a variety of platforms to meet the requirements
Coordinate security, application monitoring, development tooling, and related capabilities with responsible teams
Provide operational support and incident management for data pipelines and data flows, including proactively updating internal clients and relevant parties on status changes and issues encountered
Author and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for processes, procedures, and technical designs
These services are in support of test planning, test execution, test support, test operations and associated logistics for a wide variety of systems across their life cycle, which include focus areas such as Arms, Ammunition, Explosives, Weapons Systems, and associated platforms utilized by the Expeditionary Warfare community. Secondary support areas include Sensors and Communications, Mobility Platforms, Systems Integration, and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment with unique military applications; and other new or existing systems or systems of systems that require independent testing for Expeditionary Warfare.

MANDATORY SKILL REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):

Four years specialized experience in the areas of Statistical Analysis, Simulation Analysis, Operational Analysis, and Mathematical Analysis development and evaluation/testing of major weapons systems. Capable of performing independently and leading a team of mixed (senior and junior) technical staff.
Required to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

Candidate must be proficient with and able to program in Python, R, and Power BI.
Statistical Analysis:
Experience in planning, collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data. Statistical analysis tasks to include: reviewing and analyzing data; developing advanced analytical methodologies; performing probability analysis; implementing classical and modern statistical methods and models; conducting analytical research and studies; applying optimization techniques; applying and reviewing statistical process techniques associated with production such as Statistical Process Control (SPC); preparing test and sampling plans; developing sampling plans that contain test cycles and recommended test method; developing, documenting, and improving processes; developing report and data formats; writing technical and analytical reports; preparing analytical methodology documents; performing mathematical and statistical modeling; predicting system and component performance and trends; performing binomial and variables data analysis; performing parametric analysis; performing trend analysis; performing stratification analysis; performing Pareto analysis; conducting data reduction and analysis in accordance with test plans; compiling raw data into appropriate numerical, graphical, or visual formats for reporting, presentation, and communication; developing and utilizing hardware and software to provide statistical/correlation studies; and other statistical analysis support tasks.
Simulation Analysis:
Experience with the following simulation types include but are not limited to stochastic simulation such as Monte Carlo analyses, finite element analyses, 3D simulation, operational simulation, computer simulation, training simulation, process simulation, physical simulation, and other simulation types.

DESIRED SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with Navy and/or Marine Corps systems is preferred.
Current Secret Clearance
Quality Assurance experience in Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9000, or ANSI processes and certifications.
Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

EDUCATION:

BS/MS in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years in a related field.
