QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in data architecture or data engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Data Architect.
• Strong experience with major cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Certifications in data architecture or related fields are preferred (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional).
• Experience in designing scalable and secure data architectures.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Experience in Flight industry domains is a plus.

• Design and implement overall data architecture from the ground up for greenfield projects.
• Develop and manage a scalable, resilient, and secure multi-region, multi-cloud environment (AWS & Azure).
• Architect efficient data pipelines to integrate and transform data from various source systems into a cohesive data platform.
• Establish and enforce data architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Design and implement robust data integration strategies, including ETL processes, APIs, and real-time data pipelines.
• Ensure data interoperability across disparate systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.
• Optimize data integration processes for efficiency and scalability, leveraging modern technologies and best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Implement data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, privacy, and security.
• Define and enforce data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Collaborate with data stewards and other stakeholders to address data quality issues
• Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of data architecture with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on data architecture best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data architecture, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
