ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a global digital and technology consulting company at the forefront of AI, Machine Learning, and Automation solutions, driving digital transformation for businesses worldwide. Their innovative and professional business consulting strategies empower organizations to stay competitive and achieve remarkable growth in an ever-evolving market. They are now seeking an experienced Data Architect to support their client in the financial services sector, the role is based in Singapore, 1 year renewable contract.
The Data Architect will lead the design and implementation of advanced data solutions for the clients’ strategic financial services initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in structured finance, asset-backed lending, and modern cloud-based data architectures, particularly on Azure. This role requires exceptional skills in data modeling, analytics, and governance to enable the organization to leverage data for decision-making, innovation, and operational excellence. You will develop scalable and secure data architectures to support finance operations, design cloud-native solutions with tools like Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics, and manage ETL/ELT pipelines for seamless data integration.
In addition, you will implement data governance standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry best practices. Collaborate with business teams to design insightful dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, support advanced analytics initiatives, and lead technical discussions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in data architecture, including at least 3 years in financial services, with proficiency in Azure cloud technologies, data modeling, and big data frameworks. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, along with an analytical mindset, are essential.
