KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in data automation, integration, or related fields including a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years + experience working experience in scripting and query languages (like Python, JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell).
  • Experience with automation: Using GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, building, deployment, and other processes.
  • Nice to have: experience with BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Metabase.
  • Familiarity with databases, data manipulation, and data quality assurance including excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

You will be utilizing your skillset in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering and strong interpersonal skills while automating solutions using scripting languages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the HR team to understand requirements and design effective automation solutions and workflows.
  • Design and implement automated solutions using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to integrate data with other systems.
  • Monitor automated processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  • Document processes and provide training to stakeholders on new automated solutions.
