Then come and join our global team as Database Administrative Assistant to contribute to the success of Siemens Healthineers Procurement.
The position is based in Budapest, Hungary and is part of the newly built and growing Procurement hub.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations in procurement.
  • Responsible for maintaining supplier records in an internal database.
  • Input, update, and maintain data accurately in various databases and systems.
  • Interfaces with internal and external contacts to collect and store regulatory related information.
  • Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues globally.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with data cleaning and data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Generate and run reports as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Proven experience in administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word; experience with data entry software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to follow procedures.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks.
