KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of management and cultures including business analysts, technical resources, and business executive leadership
• Exceptional analytical ability to quickly gather facts, understand the business requirement/scenario and enable the resolution in collaboration with Project Teams
• Exceptional ability to lead and work under pressure; independently make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis
• Strong knowledge of data processing paradigms and associated tools and technologies such as DBT, Snowflake, and FiveTran
• Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and compliance with experience implementing and , monitoring and continously improving data governance frameworks and practices
• Experienced in working closely with key stakeholders to help translate requirements into deliverables and agreed outcomes
• Ability to develop and implement strategic roadmaps that enhance data capabilities, reduce inefficiencies, and support business growth

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Qualified in a relevant discipline including:
Data Management, Data Governance, Data Analysis

• Be a vital bridge between business team, IT and Data Services
• Ensure data architecture aligns with both operational goals and strategic business initiatives, translating the needs of the business into actionable technical solutions
• The go-to expert in complex data landscapes, ensuring that we create fit-for-purpose data capabilities
• Oversee the architecture of our data platform and Co-design/architect interoperability between our core platforms and third-party providers, applying consistent standards
• Work with colleagues in Data Services to design and manage robust data assurance processes
• Identify areas where AI can be exploited in new and existing opportunities
• Enabling transformation and data-driven decision-making underpinned by robust data capabilities
• Document project and program data architecture to maintain an accurate view of the data ecosystem, supporting a single version of truth and scalability for current and future analytical needs.
• Identify and develop opportunities for data reuse, migration, or retirement
• Designs solutions to ingest and processes 3rd party data that enrich content and context of existing data sets
