  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel within the Nordic region as required.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us at atNorth as our Nordic data asset manager and play an important role in our growth journey to provide the world with sustainable data centers. In this role you will manage asset data integrity and performance across all our entities in the Nordic region. You will be responsible for a blend of tactical execution and strategic planning, aimed at enhancing asset performance and lifespan, and ensuring our data centers operate at peak efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Asset Structure Management: Establish and maintain a robust asset structure within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with asset data standards and regulatory requirements and conduct regular audits to guarantee data accuracy.
  • Performance Analysis: Extract and analyze reliability data to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving performance KPIs related to maintenance activities.
  • Maintenance Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset performance and lifespan.
  • CMMS Management: Oversee the CMMS across the Nordic region, providing technical expertise, ensuring accurate documentation and workflows, and supporting all maintenance and asset management activities.
    You will also develop metrics to analyze data center performance, identify efficiency improvements, and monitor daily facility operations. In addition, you will play a crucial role in the execution of asset data processes during construction projects, actively engage in self-development, contribute to team and company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and support the fulfillment of Service Level Agreements while ensuring compliance with work management processes. Your mission is to enhance knowledge within your field of expertise, delivering first-class services to customers.
