JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Desktop Support and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role operates on a hybrid remote work model with day shifts and does not require travel. The Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining system performance and providing technical support to end-users.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a strong background in Desktop Support with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop systems ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to implement and maintain network security measures.
  • Conduct regular system updates and patches to maintain security and performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions to ensure data security.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on various software applications.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.
  • Participate in IT projects and contribute to the planning and execution of new initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform regular backups and recovery operations to safeguard data.
  • Analyze system logs and identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
