Description:

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



    • Complete daily walk round of site to confirm healthy status of all plant and equipment.



      • Complete PPM of all electrical and mechanical systems to adhere to set engineering standards. All in accordance with Health & Safety at Work Act requirement with SFG20 guidance where applicable using site specific CAFM system to close out.



        • Undertake site inductions, ensure LOA or PTW is in place and RAMS of all visitors and sub- contractors, prior to any works taking place



          • Undertake site escort duties where applicable to all site visitors.



            • Execute maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification.



              • Respond to reactive installation works.



                • Respond to Emergency breakdowns and remedial works as required.



                  • Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments



                    • Carry out weekly testing of all Safety Systems as directed. (Various testing out of hours as required)



                      • Carry out plant room inspections and cleaning as per site schedule.



                        • Assist with the monitoring of BMS Trend alarms for EMEA and APAC when BMS Operative unavailable.



                          • Monitor energy consumption, record readings where applicable, be proactive in energy saving.



                            • Adhere to all site safety and security procedures



                              • Carry out checks and inspections of electrical/mechanical services, plant and systems.



                                • Carry out GVP weekly load readings taken and down loaded onto the Client drive



                                  • Update the Client SDSK prior to any works taking place.



                                    • Proactively seek opportunities to facilitate continuous improvement to site, plant and equipment standards.



                                      • Provide appropriate holiday cover to the team to assist each engineer to take their full annual allowance.
