- Proficient in Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc…
- ITIL v3 or higher and applications such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc…

Responsibilities:
As the Data Centre Operations Facilities Management (DCOFM) specialist, reporting to the Data Centre Manager within Infrastructure Services & Automation, you will oversee daily operational tasks within the data centre. Your role will include contributions to the following areas.
