TEAM/DIVISION DESCRIPTION

Strategy Planning and Digitalisation department is one of the R&D innovation drivers. Our multidisciplinary team puts fundamental methodologies (Toyota Production System, Agile, Data management, PLM, process automation, etc.) at work to make our development work proceed smoothly, and ultimately deliver better products to European Toyota customers. We do:

• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside R&D to identify opportunities for process improvement across the organization.
• Provide a framework for process digitalization and efficient resources management.
• Lead the study, development and deployment of digital solutions for R&D.
