JOB SUMMARY:

The Data Analyst and Business Relations in the Pharmaceutical Sector is responsible for reviewing and analyzing databases, understanding the pharmaceutical market, and engaging with clients both technically and commercially. This role is crucial to ensure that data is used effectively to support business decisions and strengthen client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemist, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (2) years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Advanced skills in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and its dynamics (desirable*)
  • Ability to interpret and present data clearly and effectively.
  • Interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and results-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain databases relevant to the pharmaceutical market.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Interpret and present data clearly and comprehensibly to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop detailed reports and data visualizations to support business decisions.
  • Understand and stay updated on the pharmaceutical market, including products, competitors, and regulations.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Advise clients on the use of data to improve their business strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and analyses performed.
