Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Program and maintain Voice Services Systems (Voicemail, Auto-Attendants, Queues, and Voice PBX) maintaining accuracy.
  • Administer and maintain accurate record keeping in cable management system for Networking & Telecom cabling plant. Work with technicians, maintain proficiency and provide data as needed for infrastructure growth planning.
  • Administer and maintain work order, trouble ticket systems and ServiceNow, maintaining proficiency. Ensure compliance with service SLA’s on requests and trouble tickets.
  • Review cabling manifests, test results, footages, and other related infrastructure details in the as-builts and create outlet schemes for ITS and capital projects. Provide punch lists to ITS Facilities Design as needed.
  • Assist ITS Business Office and customers on best practices and solutions for their telephone systems as needed to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate special projects and events as requested.
  • Other related functions as assigned
