QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Bachelor s degree required
• 1 year experience with data analytics or data management

Preferred:

• Master s degree

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:

• Full Time - Day

• Completes outcome reports and scorecards to track and trend quality performance outcomes
• Prepares, submits, and reports selected hospital publicly reported data elements,
• Reviews and resolves listings of errors and/or inconsistencies identified by data validation processes
• Works with Director on clinical data projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and CMS star ratings
• Utilizes computer hardware and software including desktop applications, project management tools, and other data management software for data retrieval, data collection, error detections, analysis, and reporting
• Completes, maintains, and submits a variety of records, reports and statistical summaries for team and key stakeholders as requested
• Assists Director in the development of key clinical indicators for routine monitoring of performance and communicates performance internally
• Retrieves and assembles data to support quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulations/standards and organizational goals
• Completes other job-related assignments and special projects as directed
• Work on the databases like Nuance, Tableau , Vizient and Epic,
