Data Delivery Analyst

Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Data Delivery Analyst on a permanent contract to strengthen the team at its IT Data Team for our Haynes division.

REQUIREMENTS

❖ You have significant experience in data delivery or catalogue analysis.
❖ You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
❖ You have initial experience in Unix Shell (Bash), SQL/MySQL, and familiarity with XML/XSLT & JSON objects.
❖ You are highly organised, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and within groups.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

❖ Experience with Amazon Web Services.
❖ Proficiency in Microsoft Power Query/M formula language.
❖ Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

You will be responsible for:
❖ Analysing reports from catalogue retailers/aggregators.
❖ Running and analysing test scripts.
❖ Running catalogue exports and extracting specifications from stakeholders.
❖ Product Manager configuration and delivery.
❖ User administration and applying customer product resources.
❖ Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers to build confidence in the long-term delivery of our data products.
❖ Providing support in line with agreed procedures to the Customer Support team regarding queries raised on catalogue and product delivery issues.
