Your role could involve:

• Working with experienced teams to understand the Commercial Business
• Documenting existing manual processes and designing digital solutions
• Building automated processes using Blue Prism, RPA applications and Power Platforms
• Assisting with larger projects using data driven solutions, API and AI technology
• Completing end to end User Acceptance Testing
• Providing business updates in a way non-technical experts can understand.
• Sharing the benefits and impact of automated solutions with the wider Zurich community, through business project calls, or posting internally.
• Supporting digital transformation change projects
• Occasional travel to London to support our underwriting teams and collaborate to best support our customers.
