If you are passionate about Product Management - explore our new opportunity for experienced individual in Asset Wealth Management!
As a Data Discovery Product Senior Associate in the Asset Wealth Management Team, you will primarily develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers. You will manage discovery efforts and conduct market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap. Additionally, you will consider and plan for the upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Experience or expertise in product management or relevant domain area
  • Capable of translating complex ideas and concepts into simple terms to facilitate a shared understanding with diverse stakeholder groups that include non-technical roles
  • Experience defining requirements and decomposing them into clear, achievable deliverables that link to business outcomes and value

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Experience in metadata management and first hand experience with technologies related to data management, data discovery and data governance
  • Experience working in the delivery of large, complex product initiatives with cross-team dependencies
  • Experience with agile ceremonies such as sprints and retrospectives

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product’s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Collaborates with engineering to ensure quality software deliveries that align with product visions and customer needs
  • Liaises with the engineering team to provide priorities and user acceptance of delivered features
  • Conducts quarterly planning and ensure end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap with cross-team collaboration
  • Defines overall product experiences with defined user groups, UX and technology
  • Conducts user training and support programs to drive adoption and effective use of the products
  • Drives continuous improvement in product management practices and processes to better serve customers and deliver business value
