We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Domain Lead to join our unit of over 50 talented data professionals.
In this role, you will lead our Commercial Operations data domain team. You will take ownership of generating value across the domain by shaping and steering a clear, impactful roadmap. You are responsible for delivering data products to support agreed businesses, strategic change programs, and domain specific key targets. Additionally, you will lead a talented team of 14 data professionals, guiding their day-to-day efforts and enhancing their understanding of business needs. You will also lead business integration and stakeholder management, working with stakeholders ranging from top management to business professionals.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Lead the team and development efforts of talented data professionals.
- Collaborate with business owners and senior management to prioritize and build a data and analytics backlog that directly aligns with strategic goals and delivers business value.
- Ensure the timely delivery of data products to support agreed-upon business needs, strategic change programs, and key domain-specific objectives.
- Provide daily coaching to the domain team, deepening their understanding of business needs while fostering continuous improvement.
- Effectively communicate domain analytics and data priorities to the Data Leadership Team, architects, the domain team, and other key stakeholders.
