Description:
Are you the Delivery and Project Management Data Domain Lead?
We are seeking an experienced process/data/IT professional to lead delivery and Project Management data domain. Data Domain Lead is the owner and responsible for harmonized Valmet-wide Delivery and Project Management data concepts, data processes, data roles, data standards and data quality. In addition, you lead the deployment with business representatives, process owners, application owners and IT architects.
Delivery and Project Management Data Domain Lead belongs to Valmet Enterprise Data Management organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving Delivery and Project Management data related business initiatives and connection points between integrated business processes, related data processes, master data domains, master data applications and business stakeholders.
- Managing Delivery and Project Management data domain development model including demand management, prioritization, implementation roadmap, development and execution with process owners and business representatives.
- Creating, maintaining and deploying Delivery and Project Management data domain data concepts, data processes, data roles, data standards and data quality and providing data management expertise and support with process owners and business representatives.
- Managing own data domain’s leadership, budget and resource management including internal resources and Valmet partner companies to ensure the right balance between value and cost.
You will closely collaborate with Valmet business lines, global functions, Valmet Data Services and various stakeholder groups such as process owners, data domain leads, business partners including global and regional IT colleagues, Valmet wide transformation and M&A programs.

To succeed in this role:
- You have excellent competences and experience in delivery and project management and related data concepts, processes, and master data applications.
- You have capability to work together with global business, process, data and IT stakeholders and their various viewpoints to Delivery and Project Management data domain.
- You know well master data management principles and related master data applications such as CAD, PDM/PLM, CRM, ERP and Project Management.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering and management, other relevant field of engineering and information technology are advantage.
- A proven track record of influencing and aligning stakeholders to achieve complex, often in-consistent goals across organizational boundaries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent social and presentation skills.
Preferred locations in Finland are Tampere, Järvenpää, (Q1/Tikkurila), and Jyväskylä.
