DATA ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong data engineering skills: ETL processing, Reporting and Data Modeling
  • Hands-on experience in SQL Server and Azure Cloud
  • Strong in Data Visualization Tools: Power BI
  • Preferable to have skills in:
  • Data Factory and Azure services (EventHub, Cloud Functions).
  • Experience in Azure Databricks (Spark)
  • Proficiency in data analysis, such as SQL, Excel, Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner.

DATA ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Data Engineer on a short-term contract to support one of our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining data transformation pipelines
  • Collaborating with data analysts and ML engineers to meet data requirements.
  • Monitoring the performance of data pipelines and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Gathering and analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
  • Analyse and evaluate the quality of processing data and results
