Role Assignment
- Job Title: Data Engineer - Regional Business Intelligence
- Department: Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
- Location: Remote/Breda/Eindhoven
- Date: Mid September till Mid December

Job Purpose/Goals
- To engineer and manage data flows in snowflake that support the regional Business Intelligence initiatives.
Brief Job Description
- Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources.
- Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
- Map data structures from Sigma to S4 based on predefined template. Ad hoc you will need to map it together with the local D&A teams.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines in snowflake/PowerBi to support analytics and reporting for the regional businesses in PowerBi service.
- Work closely with the Core GDI project team to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Manage data engineering pipelines
- Ensure the performance and reliability of data systems that support PowerBi.
Profile: Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience with Theobald, Qlikview and Qliksense migration to PowerBi
- Knowledge of SAP data architectures of S4 and Sigma
- Proven experience as a data engineer with data architecture, modelling and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and data warehousing solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
