At Front, data plays a crucial role by providing key insights and driving decisions. The data team works directly with a wide variety of partners, including executives, product, sales and marketing teams. As a data engineer, you will manage the data infrastructure and ensure its data quality and reliability. You will help in researching and onboarding new tools that will improve the data flow in the organization.

What will you be doing?
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval for efficient and flawless operation.
- Collaborate with teams from different departments to gather and analyze data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
- Implement data models and schemas to support various data-driven s.
- Stay up to date about the latest developments and effective approaches in data engineering.
What skills & experience do you need?
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of data engineering experience.
- Proven experience in designing and developing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong expertise in SQL and proficient in at least one data engineering language, such as Python or Scala
- Experience with Snowflake, Spark, Databricks, Airflow and related Big Data technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with BI tools like Mode, Tableau is a plus.
