RADAR HEALTHCARE’S NEW DATA ENGINEER

Radar Healthcare is seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission of transforming healthcare through data-driven solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large volumes of data from diverse sources. Your collaboration with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders will be crucial to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and accessibility. You will optimize and enhance our existing data infrastructure, implement data validation and monitoring solutions, and develop ETL processes to load data into warehouses and lakes. Ensuring data security and compliance with industry standards, you will also write and maintain comprehensive documentation while staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data architecture and ETL processes. Proficiency in programming languages and SQL, along with experience in relational databases such as MS SQL is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, experience with data warehousing solutions, and strong problem-solving skills are also required. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are crucial for success in this role. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of machine learning concepts and experience with data visualisation tools such as Sisense. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large volumes of data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and accessibility.
  • Optimize and enhance existing data infrastructure for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Implement data validation and monitoring solutions to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading into data warehouses and data lakes.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for data engineering processes and workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data engineering and big data technologies.
