Description:
Business Unit: COO, Data Systems
Salary Range: circa £45,000 per annum DOE + red-hot benefits
Location: UK Hybrid – remote working with occasional travel to one of our hubs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data architects to ensure data structures and processes align with architectural principles and meet scalability requirements.
- Set standards for best practices in data processing, security, and governance.
- Engage with stakeholders in Reporting and Insights, Strategic and Advanced Analytics, Finance, Treasury, and Risk, understanding their unique data needs and translating these into efficient, scalable data solutions.
- Help ensure data products meet critical business functions, whether for end-of-day financial reconciliation, risk modelling, or regulatory reporting.
- Support the implementation of data validation, monitoring, and governance processes within the data workflows.
- Help identify and implement process improvements
