Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee a team of full-stack engineers responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, while ensuring seamless integration with front-end and back-end systems. This role requires strong technical expertise in ReactJS, Django, and data warehouses. You will play a critical role in aligning technical execution with business goals, mentoring team members, and driving the successful delivery of complex engineering projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical priorities.
- Architect and oversee the development of front-end systems using ReactJS and back-end systems with Django.
- Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines integrated with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Ensure best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and security.
- Identify and address technical challenges, bottlenecks, and risks to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative engineering culture.
