PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with data entry software and databases.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking a part-time (2-3 days per week) meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems and databases, and providing critical feedback for future automation. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity and quality of our data, which supports our clients in making informed decisions about how to action climate strategies and maintains the integrity of the claims our customers make.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Review and correct data entry errors, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
  • Provide feedback and statistics to the product team and assist in field-testing automation systems.
