ABOUT OUR CLIENT

For our client, an international sporty lifestyle company in the Zug area, we are looking for a computer savvy Data Entry Clerk 100% (d/f/m) available immediately, to join a dynamic team till end of November this year.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Data Entry Clerk (m/f/d) is responsible for the following tasks:

• Transferring data to database systems (main systems used will be Salesforce Service Cloud and Oracle and the website) using keyboards
• Typing in data provided directly from customers and retail partners
• Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
• Updating existing data
• Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

• Some first experience in data management (e.g. Kaufmännische Erfahrung/Admin experience)
• Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Basic understanding of databases
• Very good English skills; any other European language esp. German is a plus
• Customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
