Description
You are a Data Entry Clerk with a high attention to detail and experience
working with large volumes of data. In this role you will be responsible for the
accurate and timely entry of data from assorted spreadsheets and database platforms into external customer CMIS systems.
This is an 8-month contract opportunity, with extended health, dental & vision benefits and paid vacation. Join our True Blue team in Vancouver, BC!

Essential Responsibilities

  • Receives data via MS Excel and/or access QuickBase database and enter relevant data into external customer CMIS systems, in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • Ensures work is completed accurately
  • Manges agreed work deadlines and feedback with operations
  • Process and review integrity or validation reports regularly and identify potential improvement opportunities
  • Reports any data integrity issues and work with supervisor to get them resolved

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of data entry experience
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and excellent customer service
  • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

Work Conditions

  • This is a hybrid role involving both working from home and attending the office one day a week.

Compensation
$38,000- $52,250 Annual
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
