Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Well versed in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications - Possess experience as an authorized Declarant with Singapore Customs is preferred - Well-versed with the rules and regulations of the Singapore Customs - Permit declarant license is preferred - Able to work under stress and independently in a fast paced environment - Candidate with knowledge and/or experience in logistics/supply chain field will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling day to day operations understanding the requirements of the customers to ensure timely execution of shipments - Reponsible for the efficient, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents
  • Perform Custom permits declarations for import shipments - Arranging and coordinating for transportation/trucking - Handling of customers’ enquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner - To execute and perform other’s work task assigned by the management
