OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
focus on data entry, scheduling, and maintaining crew-related systems and policies while also supporting operational efficiency and crew retention initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while fostering a positive work environment.
Core Responsibility: Manage and optimize data entry and scheduling operations within the Master Schedule (CM) and Crew Booking Software (Bookt).
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of crew schedules in both the Crew Master and booking software.
- Stay ahead of advancements in crew booking technology and implement updates effectively.
- Create strategies to streamline data entry processes and improve crew communication.
- Support the development and execution of crew policies around recruitment, retention, training, and incentives.
- Coordinate and schedule crew training opportunities, while tracking attendance and progress.
- Maintain and update the casual roster database to ensure reliability and precision.
- Monitor crew performance by logging attendance issues (e.g., late arrivals, no-shows, bails).
- Collaborate on initiatives to build a supportive crew retention environment and drive continuous improvement in policies and processes.
- Raise any anomalies or inconsistencies to management.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Site work experience in live event technical field is helpful for success in this position
- Previous data entry experience is required
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED
- Mac user interface experience
- Strong knowledge of the use of Google Sheets & Docs required.
- Good general knowledge of lighting and rigging equipment is a benefit
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
