JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms and spreadsheets. This role is essential in ensuring that our records are precise and up-to-date, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. You will be asked to place orders, maintain excel sheets and must be engaged throughout the day;

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a data entry role or similar administrative position is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Or Google workspace
  • Familiarity with database management systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to manage time effectively.
