We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team remotely and support our operational efforts.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems related to property management, leasing, and operations. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote work environment. The Data Entry Operator will ensure data integrity and support various departments in maintaining accurate records and efficient workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience; real estate or property management experience a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong typing skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management:
- Accurately input and update property-related data, including tenant information, lease details, financial transactions, and maintenance records.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of all data entered into internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Record Keeping & Documentation:
- Maintain digital records and files in an organized manner for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
- Ensure that all documents are properly filed and categorized according to company protocols.
- Reporting & Analytics Support:
- Assist in the generation of reports for internal use, providing data as requested by various departments, including property management, sales, and finance.
- Ensure timely submission of any required data updates for analysis or reporting purposes.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify data entry requirements and resolve any data-related issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all relevant data is accurately captured and processed.
- Data Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements when handling data.
- Follow best practices for data entry and ensure that sensitive or confidential information is handled appropriately.
