Description:

Comfort Windows is seeking a Data Entry professional for our Albany, NY office. The position involves entering sales contracts into the computer system for further processing and file keeping.

Tasks include:

  • Matching sales contracts up with supporting documentation (measure sheets, photos, work order changes, etc.);
  • Checking all documents against computer system for accuracy of information;
  • Entering all documentation pertaining to the sale into the computer system;
  • Confirming financing has been approved;
  • Communicating and resolving any discrepancies found with sales, production, and/or management;
  • Uploading work order changes after notifying all involved;
  • Any additional tasks requested by manager to assist in department operations;
  • Extreme detail, accuracy, and efficiency is necessary for this position.
