We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Purview (Data Governance) Consultant to join our Consulting department. This role is perfect for an expert in data governance and Microsoft Purview, with a passion for driving successful implementations and guiding organizations toward effective data management practices. Note that this role relates to data governance solutions of Microsoft Purview.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven expertise in data governance in Microsoft Purview, with hands-on experience on various functionalities of the tool
Strong knowledge of data governance concepts, frameworks, and industry best practices (e.g., DAMA, DCAM)
Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR)
Technical understanding of data management, metadata, and data lineage tools
Ability to work with English-speaking clients (B2+)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex data governance challenges
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Experience in consulting or project-based environments is highly desirable
Relevant certifications are a plus

Collaborate with clients to design and implement Microsoft Purview-based solutions tailored to their data governance needs
Conduct assessments of existing data governance frameworks, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to align business goals with technical solutions
Configure and deploy Microsoft Purview features, including Unfied Catalog, Data Map, lineage tracking, data quality, workflows and monitoring
Develop and document data governance policies, standards, and processes in collaboration with client teams
Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients to ensure effective use of Microsoft Purview tools
Stay updated on advancements in Microsoft Purview and data governance best practices, integrating them into client solutions
Collaborate with internal teams, including data engineers and analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions
