Description:

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR DAY

You will partner with data domain customer, Data Excellence & Data Governance team, and software capability teams to conceptualize, quantify benefits of, plan, and implement data management projects, that create business value through discovery and availability of trustworthy data, in a variety of business processes and knowledge domains. You will act as the single point of contact for the domain(s) and will use the wider data governance team members and their expertise to embed and drive the operationalisation of data governance.

WHAT YOU BRING/ CAPABILITIES

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, systems engineering, business management, or related field
  • You have 15+ years working experience in three or more business disciplines (ex: finance, sales, engineering, project management, procurement, manufacturing, quality, information technology)
  • You demonstrate know-how in multiple enterprise-scale software systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) (ex: SAP, Oracle), customer relationship management (CRM) (ex: Salesforce), data catalog / data integration platforms (ex: Collibra, Informatica), resource management or adaptive project management (ex: Jira, Planview, Microsoft Project)
  • You are passionate about digitalization and transformation programs, and willing to constantly own skills in data and analytics
  • You are a leader with vision and natural bridge-builder, with a strong track record in managing change across a wide range of customers in a global and diverse environment
  • You are knowledgeable about the entire energy value chain, with a passion to decarbonize the world’s energy supply
  • You have superb communication and presentation skills in English
  • You work with an agile attitude –delivering minimum viable products (MVP) quickly, and iterating rapidly
