JOB TITLE
Committed to producing high quality work that informs, excites and entertains, Opera North is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Data & Insights Analyst within the Audiences Team.
The Data & Insights Analyst acts as the voice of our customers, providing insights that drive business decisions by analysing customer feedback and data to understand customer needs, preferences and trends. The role underpins the work of the Audiences team to develop audiences and generate income, but also helps us to shape and deliver on our organisational strategy.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading customer or audience data analytics and data science services along with: excellent planning and project management skills; experience of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Looker Studio; the ability to work collaboratively; curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
Salary: £32,000-£35,000 dependent on experience
