As the Data Insights Manager for ANZ Staff Superannuation, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex datasets to drive insights and support strategic decision-making within our organisation.

Role Type: Permanent, Full time (40 hours/week)
What will your day look like?
As a Data Insights Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Data Analysis: Utilise advanced analytics techniques to extract, clean, and analyse large datasets related to superannuation contributions, member demographics, customer service and voice of customer and fund operations.
Insights Generation: Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in the data to generate actionable insights that inform business strategies, product development, and member engagement initiatives.
Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor fund performance, and provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
Predictive Modelling: Build predictive models to forecast member behaviours, fund growth, enabling proactive decision-making and risk management.
Data Visualisation: Communicate findings effectively through compelling data visualizations, presentations, and reports that cater to diverse audiences, including senior management, stakeholders, and regulators.
Member Segmentation: Design and develop a member segmentation model based on demographic, behavioural and financial attributes to personalise member communications, target marketing campaigns and optimize service offerings.
Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements by implementing robust data governance practices, data validation procedures, and adherence to industry standards.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, to drive data-driven decision-making and achieve organisational objectives.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience (5 years) in data analysis, preferably within the superannuation sector.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong business acumen with the ability to deliver in a changing environment, and excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across the organisation.
