One of our team has had an internal promotion which means we now have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled individual to join the team as Data & Insights Manager.
In this role you will support Marketing achieve our purpose of being World Class Growth Architects through the ownership of the portfolio of market performance data, and the suite of internal reporting outputs to support the New Zealand business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Data Management: Own the key market performance data sources, working closely with suppliers to ensure data that is provided is suitable to the business requirements, whilst ensuring seamless integration into our internal data landscape.
- Market Performance: Lead the portfolio of market performance reporting to the business and engage with key stakeholders in order to provide a suite of reports that deliver insights and actions in line with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to bring our data sources to life through efficient reporting tools in support of our Integrated Business Planning Process (IBP).
- Creation of great stakeholder experiences through the delivery of efficient, quality reports and insights.
- Proven ability to use data and insights, along with your wider business acumen, to tell a story and vision.
- Consumer centric mindset, keeping our consumers at the forefront of insights
- Deep understanding of data in an FMCG landscape is preferred
