Description:

Business Unit: COO, Data Systems
Salary Range: £40,000 – 50,000 per annum DOE + red-hot benefits
Location: UK Hybrid – remote working with occasional travel to one of our hubs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and support the opportunity for increased personalised customer communication which are delivered in a timely, relevant and impactful manner across the appropriate channels.
  • Undertaking complex campaign selections with an eye for detail to ensure they are completed robustly and promptly
  • Coaching and development of others across the team.
  • Leading and representing the team on a number of projects and campaigns with a varied stakeholder network across multiple business units.
  • Deputising for the Senior Customer Interaction Manager as required.
  • Designing data and processes used strategically for campaign management purposes when optimising campaigns and customer contacts.
  • Supporting adoption of collaboration tools across the function such as JIRA / Confluence / GitHub.
  • Ensuring that all activities are performed in line with the appropriate policies, standards and risk framework.
