Description:

DATA LEAD

If you’re passionate about technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
The Keyholding Company are seeking to appoint an experienced Data Lead to be part of our ambitious Technology team who can thrive in an exciting and dynamic environment.

YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a passionate and outcome focused individual to support our ambitious growth target by ensuring the company is leveraging its data, tech and team to gain a competitive advantage in a sector ripe for disruption.
In addition to the myriads of data produced by our industry-transforming platform (Chase), we now have more services producing both business-critical and tech-relevant data points. We need you to nurture the existing data team into a product-led pragmatic engineering team.
Our approach to technology guarantees the opportunity to use the most up to date techniques, tools, and practices. Regardless of the tools or practices we currently use, we welcome alternatives that will improve the data team’s efficiency/development and that would augment data literacy within the business.
You’ll have the full support of your Squad as well as the wider Technology team to create and maintain the best possible products.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the strategic journey for the data team.
  • Manage and foster the data team.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and create robust and reusable BI products.
  • Develop & oversee business intelligence ecosystem.
  • Champion good (work and data) practices within the BI team and the wider business.
  • Establish and maintain a pragmatic craftsman culture
