Description:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Data Management Analyst to join Caristo Diagnostics rapidly growing team. Based in Oxford, you will work in our global Data Operations team with colleagues in both U.S. and U.K.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Essential
- Knowledge of DICOM standards
- Python programming
- Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Desirable
Prior experience in data management
- Prior Healthcare experience
- Knowledge of Perl
Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare solutions

Responsibilities:
Overview
Analysis of data is at the core of Caristo’s business and we do this using SaaS methodology. Caristo is looking for a Data Management Analyst to oversee the data flow to and from our customers and collaborators. You will be responsible for the management and flow of data in a timely and secure manner, ensuring that information flow complies with security and confidentiality laws and Standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities for improving the efficiency of data management and flow.

Job Title: Data Management Analyst
Department: Operations, Reporting to Head of Data Operations and IT
Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities (but not limited to) are listed below:
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of data received from customers
- Manage the sharing of data as required internally
- Support internal and external stakeholders’ requirements for the access to the data.
- Investigate data transfer related issues and report back to internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers.
- Develop and execute automated processes for transfer and analysis of data in bulk.
- Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data.
- Communicate with customers to request missing data and return analysis reports.
- Ensure all of above are in line with regulatory standards and legal requirements to comply with GDPR and other legal data protection and privacy requirements.
- Setting up new customer accounts on our cloud platforms as per our standard processes.
- Remotely support setup at customer/collaborating sites for clinical and research purposes.
