Reporting to the Customer Operations Order Fulfilment Manager, the objective of this role is to review and process all purchase orders sent by our Europe Distribution Partners. With this role you will be part of the Order to Cash team and will be required to ensure the orders are processed correctly & are audit compliant. There will also be an opportunity in this role to get involved in various departmental projects. This role requires the candidate to be motivated with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily processing of all software license orders, through to invoicing.
  • Responsible for ensuring all clean orders are processed within Trend Micro’s service level agreement to customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining an accurate Customer Database.
  • Liaise with customer service team on a regular basis, escalating order queries.
  • Achieving objectives and targets as set by Supervisor/Manager.
  • Adherence at all times to Sarbanes Oxley documented procedures and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Responsible for continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures.
  • May involve other administrative tasks as required and also project work involvement.

You are:

  • PC literate.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Education to Leaving Certificate level (or similar). Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification desirable.

You have:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar fast paced multi-cultural environment working against tight deadlines.
  • Highly Motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Track record of meeting & exceeding targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • A positive attitude to work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to be professional team player at all times.
  • Being able to demonstrate clear problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to speak one of the following languages: Italian or German
