Data Monitoring Analyst

MISSION:

Our team ensures the smooth integration, performance, and optimization of Verity’s drone systems by proactively monitoring data and resolving issues in direct collaboration with clients and other internal teams. Our goal is to improve system efficiency and data quality, ensuring that both new and existing deployments deliver maximum value to customers.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Technical educational background (completed technical apprenticeship, completed BSc / MSc)
• Ideally with around 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Additional plus:
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with cloud software, AWS
• Some python (or other programming languages) experience
• Tools and frameworks:
• Linux
• confident to use a terminal
• Familiarity with Excel or similar tools
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Monitor production systems and ensure their optimal performance.
• Establish metrics and processes to detect and resolve issues arising in the field.
• Prepare and preprocess data for colleagues, guiding them to understand and address identified problems.
• Contribute to the innovation of monitoring tools to enhance data quality.
• Continuously explore methods to expedite the detection of field issues.
• Collaborate with SYSPER to enhance dashboards supporting your work.
